This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The pool and hot tub helped us do just that. Hearing the sounds of the birds and the waves hitting the shore line was soothing. Also seeing every star possible off the pool deck was incredible This is also a place to go and have some fun Branson is about 20-25 min for this lovely home so we were able to enjoy some shows The home is beyond spacious We had a total of 5 couples and we never felt crowded. The dinning area and deck area had ample seating for us all It’s the perfect place for a wonderful stay. I’d come back hands down The management was always right on top of things. Perfect Getaway at Van Kirk Cove Today, ten other friends and I departed Van Kirk Cove. We spent five days and four nights. The setting and accommodations are excellent! Eleven adults in one lodging may seem like much. We were all together for a local university’s homecoming. However, the numerous rooms, comfortable beds, and furniture, along with a spacious kitchen, great room, and downstairs game room, created more than enough space for all of us. Adjacent to the parking area is an apartment that serves as a retreat in itself, complete with a fire pit and wood provided. The Kitchen is complete. We ate most of our meals there. When we ate out, I’d suggest the nearby Lake Time Bistro and Flat Creek Restaurant. Although it's early October, the swimming pool is heated, making it wonderful for soaking, swimming, and floating. We spent several hours in the pool and the wonderful hot tub, laughing and talking. The setting is incredible! It truly rests atop a cove on Table Rock Lake. We ate breakfast on the house-length deck. We’d spend leisurely mornings there, taking in the beauty of the woods and Table Rock Lake. There is a well-lit path with rock steps that lead to the dock. Along the way, you’ll find sturdy walking sticks provided. Several in our party used them. There is also a fire pit with plenty of wood provided. None of us wanted to leave. We had such fun, and all commented, “What a great place.” We are already making plans for next year.

Five couples, all long time friends, stayed at the Van Kirk Cove for 4 nights! We have done this yearly for some time. The Van Kirk Cove was by far our best vacation yet! It had everything you could possibly want! The house is absolutely huge! There's room for everyone to spread out. The bedrooms are large end super comfortable. The pool is huge, heated, where we had a ton of fun. The jacuzzi was amazing, with tons of jets to relax every part of your body. The kitchen is spacious, with everything you need to prepare all your meals. There are two huge ice machines, and wine cooler. The views are absolutely stunning! There's tons of outdoor furniture, that you can face towards 143,000 acre lake, and watch all the boating and wildlife and waterfowl. Go ahead and book this place now! Before it fills up! You and your family will be so happy that you stayed at the Van Kirk cove!

We stayed here w 4 other couples. We did not want to leave. The house is spectacular. We congregated in the living room and deck and hot tub. The floor plan allowed all 10 of us to gather together. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the deck had great views of table rock lake. We are planning to come back next year as it is a perfect vacation spot for family or friends

Great location right on the lake with lovely amenities. We really enjoyed our stay!

We rented those to celebrate our retirement with our family. It was perfect, with lots of things for the family to do. Fishing was good ,although it was a bit of a walk, but worth every step once you got to the dock. We caught bluegill, bass, and catfish. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our only complaint with the hot tub was it need steps to get into it. You can use the retaining wall, but steps would have been better. The kitchen had everything we needed ,except large bowls. I think they need to add a few large bowls for big salads for the family. We would recommend this place for a large family looking for a place to relax and enjoy your time together!!!! (SIDE NOTE: We are adding BIG bowls to our kitchen thanks to this review.)

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home!!! They had enough space for all of our family and friends, the house was very clean and did not have any clutter which made it toddler friendly, they even had built in gates on the stairs, if we had any questions during our stay the host was very responsive, they had enough bath towels and toilet paper/trash bags/paper towels/soap, provided for our stay, they had all the kitchen supplies to cook what we needed as well as two grills outside. The pool and hot tub were very clean, and the speakers by the pool were a nice touch to our relaxing evenings. The view was so great and an easy walk right down to the lake. We will definitely be looking to stay here again if we take another trip to Branson again! Thank you so much for opening your home to guests , making it a great experience for a family vacation!!!

I can't say enough about how awesome this place was for our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). The house was amazing, roomy, and well supplied. The view is awesome and the pool/Hot tub were a huge hit. We loved the easy access to the lake via a well-maintained trail. Communication with the property managers was the best I've ever experienced. It is a bit of a drive to get to "civilization", but we loved it's privacy and location. I would definitely stay again.

Van Kirk Cove was absolutely beautiful! The house, the grounds, the pool, and the surrounding area were well kept. The house was very spacious for my 13 member family and the pool had plenty of play toys for the children. The rooms in the house were very private and quiet. We had a fantastic time while in Branson. We would love to come back!
