We had a family of 17 staying at the house and it felt very roomy. No one felt on-top of each other. The place was immaculate, pool was clean, hot tub relaxing. The hosts were always accommodating to every question and request I had. We definitely would stay there again!

This property was the perfect place for our family vacation. The location is beautiful and remote and the house is large enough to provide space and privacy for our entire family. We especially enjoyed the pool and hanging out in the evenings on the deck enjoying the view of the lake. The house is exactly as pictured and the kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal including an assortment of spices. Would for sure stay here again.

What time is check-in and check-out time?
Our check-in time is 4pm and our check-out time is 10am.

Is the property on Table Rock Lake?
Yes, we have a private dock for swimming or fishing. We have solar powered lights if needed. We have a boat slip but it is not available for your boat or a rental boat per Army Corps of Engineers dock permit.

Can we bring our own jet ski?
Yes, we have one jet ski docking pad. You can launch at Rice Camp just down the street.

Where is the studio apartment?
It is tucked away behind the shop. It is very private and quiet. Great for nap time for Grandma & Grandpa or babies.

How late in the season is the pool open?
Dependent upon the weather, we hope to keep the pool open as late in the season as possible. Since our pool is heated, our goal is to have it open at least through October.

Are pets allowed at Van Kirk Cove?
The only pets allowed at Van Kirk Cove are service dogs.
